The RF Explorer Spectrum Analyzer PLUS models can optionally extend frequency range for the expansion module, which is the RF SMA connector on the right-side. The left-side RF connector is not affected by wideband license options. Each licenses is permanent, locked to the specific device where it is enabled. These licenses require a Windows, Linux or MacOS computer with internet connection for activation.
